Information you provide

When you request an opportunity review, we collect the name, business, email, optional phone and website, service area, capacity, service interests, and notes you submit. We also record your permission to respond and campaign parameters included in the page URL.

How it is used

We use your inquiry to assess service fit and respond about your request. Submitting does not enroll you in marketing texts or confirm an appointment. We do not sell inquiry information.

Storage and service providers

The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting with Cloudflare infrastructure and database storage. Inquiry records are available to the site owner through an access-controlled inbox. Hosting providers may process technical request logs. The form uses a daily hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions; the application does not store your raw IP address in the inquiry record.

Retention and your choices

Our application removes inquiry records older than 90 days during subsequent successful form submissions. If no further submissions occur, removal may be delayed. Records you ask us to retain for an ongoing engagement may be handled separately. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us. Downloaded backups and provider logs may have separate retention periods.

Booking and other services

Online appointment slots are currently closed. If Google Calendar booking is enabled later, the booking link will take you to Google, which processes scheduling information under its own terms and privacy policy. We have not enabled advertising pixels, analytics tracking, or automatic marketing messages on this site.

What not to submit

Please do not include passwords, payment details, private homeowner information, or sensitive personal information in your inquiry.
